1. Prerequisites

• Core: Connect Google account (unlocks both calendar + email in one step)
• Optional: Location (for weather), task tool (for to-dos)
• New users → AI guides connection, recommends Google first (best value)

2. Trigger

• Manual: Say "brief me", "what's on my plate", "daily briefing"
• Auto: Set a daily scheduled push to WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord

3. Briefing content (analysis + recommendations, not raw data)

• 📅 Calendar: Flags conflicts, back-to-back fatigue, focus time blocks, next-morning heads-up
• 📧 Email: 🔴 Needs reply 🟡 FYI ⚪ Skip — each with a specific suggested action
• ⚡ Game plan: Prioritized to-do list for today

Scenario 1: Morning check-in
7 AM, you get a briefing on WhatsApp: 3 meetings (2 back-to-back — take a breather), 5 important emails (2 need replies with specific suggested actions), rain at 3 PM — bring an umbrella.

Scenario 2: Late-night catch-up
Say "brief me" at 9 PM → AI switches to evening mode: today's recap + tomorrow's preview + unfinished follow-ups.

Say "brief me" → AI detects no Google connected → guides you through setup (2 min), then delivers your first briefing immediately.
