The skill immediately generates a structured brief using a consistent format: Meeting Context, Fast Background, What Matters Most, Risks and Watchouts, three smart questions to ask, and a suggested opening angle. If web search tools are available, it pulls current public context; if not, it works from available knowledge and is transparent about what it does and doesn't know.
