Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees
- Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges after cancellation
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of the current month
Annual Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime — your current month completes normally
- Each month used is charged at the standard monthly rate; the remaining balance of your annual payment is refunded
- For example: if you paid $199/year (Lite plan) and cancel after 4 months, you are charged 4 × $19 = $76, and receive a $123 refund
AI Balance & Credits
- Credits already used are non-refundable
- Unused credit balance can be refunded — contact us to submit a request
- Refund requests must be submitted while your account is active
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@myclaw.ai with your account email and a description of your request. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. All refund amounts are calculated in USD.
