The WhatsApp Business skill provides full access to the WhatsApp Business Cloud API through a managed OAuth gateway. It enables sending text, image, video, audio, document, location, and contact messages, plus interactive buttons and list messages. You can also manage message templates, upload media, and configure your business profile.

Comment ça fonctionne

Requests are routed through the Maton gateway at gateway.maton.ai/whatsapp-business/, which proxies to the Meta Graph API and automatically injects your OAuth token. You authenticate once via browser-based OAuth to connect your WhatsApp Business account. The gateway handles all token management, so you only need your Maton API key to make requests.

A Maton API key from maton.ai for gateway authentication

Phone Number ID
Your WhatsApp Business phone number ID, used in API endpoint paths
Network Access
Internet connectivity to reach the Maton gateway and Meta Graph API
